- Medical disclaimer: the information provided here is for general purposes only and should not be constructed as medical advice or a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Appointment and scheduling: The appointment scheduling service on the website allows users to request appointments for dermatological services. Submitting a request for an appointment does not guarantee availability, and all appointments are subject to confirmation by Dermasure’s staff.
- Intellectual property: This website contains material which is owned and licensed by Dermasure clinic.
- Email, SMS, and calls: Dermasure reserves the right to contact its users from time to time and send the information regarding new services, updates and health records. We will send emails, SMS and calls at the registered mobile numbers and email ids provided to us by our patrons. Incase of any wrong email address and contact information, Dermasure is not responsible for any loss of information and communication.
- Links to other websites: our websites may contain links to websites that are not under the control of Dermasure. The inclusion of any links does not imply a recommendation or endorsement of the views expressed within them.
- Calls and IP logs: we maintain standard records for users who call or message us. This stored information in our database may only be accessible to our staff on a need-to-know basis. This call log information is used to create better client communication and make our services more efficient.
- Treatment plans and information: once registered for a treatment plan, it is our understanding that the client will go through the entire treatment and complete it. It is not Dermasure’s responsibility if the client changes its mind and decides to not pursue the plan in the middle of the treatment, Dermasure will not refund any amount or fee that was charged for the treatment unless there’s a patient with severe health reasons and cannot go through the treatment further.
- Liability: Dermasure clinic will not be responsible for any kind of contract for any loss, damage or any other circumstance that arises in connection with or its provision of services to its patients.
Your right to complain
Dermasure Clinic treats all patients appropriately and fairly, if however, you have any issue of any matter with the Clinic, you are entitled to lodge a complaint to us in written, on call or verbally. If you need any assistance while making the complaints, the Dermasure staff will help you with it. We will let you know the further procedure for reviewing your complaint.
